Facilitation

All Directors have extensive experience and expertise in facilitation in a wide range of settings from small professional development groups for Principals through to large consultation meetings involving teachers, parents and community representatives. We also train facilitators in the skills and strategies needed to work effectively in their own groups and organizations.

Mediation And Arbitration

The team can provide experienced mediators to resolve conflicts in groups and whole school situations. We also run training programmes for students and teachers as mediators and how to set up a mediation system for the school. If one or more parties are not committed to finding a solution through mediation, we can provide an arbitration service.

Conflict Avoidance Skills And Strategies

Directors were trained through the Conflict Resolution Network (Australia) and are authorized to use its training materials. We have extensive experience in teaching conflict avoidance skills and conflict resolving strategies and activities.

Dispute Resolution

The team has years of successfully supporting and advising schools in the management of historical and existing conflicts and in dispute resolution.
